All watches purchased from Zion Manufacturing Company come with a 24 month manufacturers warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in regards to the watch, strap, buckle and movement.
This warranty does not cover damage caused through poor treatment or normal wear and tear.
The 24-month warranty period will be valid from the date of purchase. This will be noted on the warranty card included with your order when shipped.
The 24-month warranty will be voided if any attempts are made to repair or modify your timepiece without prior consent from Zion Manufacturing Company.
The 24-month warranty policy does not cover accuracy of the timepiece outside of the specified +/- value that each watch has stated in it’s specifications.
If you have an issue with your timepiece, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the issue.
Upon contacting Zion Manufacturing Company regarding a warranty claim, we will instruct you to return your timepiece to us via a relevant shipping service. Upon receiving your timepiece, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs (a receipt for postage payment will be required).
Once we receive your timepiece, please allow up to 60 working days for repair, depending on the severity of the issue. In most instances, repair work will be completed within 15 working days.
Alternatively, if you are located internationally, we may recommend that you have a qualified local watchmaker perform the repairs to your timepiece on our behalf, in order to resolve any issues faster. In this case, we will reimburse you for any expenses incurred. This option will only be made available after first contacting us to discuss the issue.
Here at Zion Manufacturing Company, it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your order and are not happy for any reason we will gladly accept it as a return within 30 days of delivery, providing:
-You can provide proof of purchase (receipt).
-The product has not been worn and the original packaging is intact and undamaged.
To return a product, please contact us first. Products returned without first contacting us will not be accepted as returns and no refund will be issued. Once your returned order has been received, we will inspect the product and packaging and verify that the timepiece is unworn and undamaged. If your timepiece meets this criteria, we will issue you a refund (less original shipping paid for international orders).
If we inspect your returned order and determine that the product or packaging has been damaged, we will contact you to make arrangements to return your order to you at your cost.
Refunds will be processed promptly and payment will be made by the same method that the original order was paid. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received, depending on your bank and location. All refunds are processed in Australian Dollars and we are not responsible for any shifts in currency exchange rates between purchase and refund (for international orders).
Change of mind refunds are not available on any timepiece purchased through Kickstarter.
